Seven Things Meme

I was tagged by several of my partners in crime blogfriends.  And, since some time has passed, I figured that I had better get on with it.

1. I moved into my first apartment at age 31.  The apartments in which I resided during my two year stint at a boarding school don’t count.  And, they were rather yucky apartments at that.  So, I’d prefer to forget about them.

2.  I celebrated by 20th college reunion in June 2007.

3. I am the proud new owner of authentic Wellington boots, direct from Scotland!

4. I like to assign creative projects to my students which get them to demonstrate what they know and are able to do with the language.  However, I do not like the work involved in correcting and assessing the work, so I proscrastinate.  

5. I am a shy person, and am often perceived as stand-offish by others.

6. I enjoy a cup of quality hot chocolate.

7. If I am not visiting my parents and brother on the weekends, I make a Dunkin’ Donuts run every Saturday and Sunday for my usual: two plain bagels, toasted with butter, and a small coffee, black.  When I arrive home, I add Coffee Mate to the coffee; my GI ract cannot tolerate too much milk and half and half.
