I Went School Shopping!
**Caution: Girly-girl stuff. So, gentlemen, proceed at your own risk.:)Well, I sort of went school shopping - online, that is. I am an online shopaholic. And, since I have always had a new first day of school outfit since I started school as a kindergartener, this year is no different. This is what I purchased:1. Dress
2. Shoes
As a bonus, I received this bag free with the purchase of the dress:
I don’t normally wear dresses to school. However, I figured that I can wear the dress to church during the fall one or two times, at least until it gets really cold.Last, I purchased these vitamins. They contain a leafy green vegetable supplement - something I need desperately, since I don’t get enough. BTW: I actually left the house and went to Wild Oats to purchase the vitamins.Next stop: Staples!!!

It’s the first time I visit your blog and I really enjoyed your posts on the nagging summer-feeling of guilt for not making lessonplans. I have to get back to school in three weeks, and I feel I must really start working seriously now. At the same time, I am afraid to start since I still feel exhausted from last year and want to spend my time sleeping and doing nice things…
Love your outfit!

Miss A: I like button down shirts. I sighted a nice one on the Ann Taylor Loft Website. It has the roll-up sleeves with the tabs. Very nice! I could easy rock that in white.
Frumteacher: Thank you for visiting my blog. I am glad that there was something here you liked. I just visited your blog, too, and had a pleasant stay.
And…thank you to you both for the nice comments re: my outfit.

ha ha, why is staples always a regular stop for all academics before the start of the year? at least you got some cute, self-care, shopping in too.

Profbwoman: Re: Staples - I do not know. For me personally, I like paper, pens, gadgets. Sometimes I do not even buy anything; I just walk around, browse, sample if I am allowed. Good, clean, geeky fun.

The dress will be really flattering to you, my dear.
I like button-down shirts, too, but I am ironing-impaired, so I look for the easy-care ones. Try Lands End & Orvis online.
It’s been sticky hot. I’ve been wearing not shorts, but the long wrap skirt I got from tznius.com. Cool without showing a lot of skin!
